refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you can request a full refund less shipping costs (if applicable) within 30 days of receiving your item. We endeavour to deliver to you as quickly as possible, but please be aware that during periods of high demand our delivery time can be 10-15 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs for the original order, if applicable, will not be refunded on correctly shipped orders.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at kontakt@vitalbee.de and provide your order number.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is not free and must be paid for by you. Items returned to us without a return request being made will not be accepted.

If our shipping partner was unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address according to our policy, a restocking fee of €15.00 will be charged when you request a refund for the undelivered package. This fee covers the administration costs incurred in processing and handling returned items.

Please note that in order to offer you competitive prices, we work with warehouses all over the world, including Germany, Poland, Spain, China, USA and Algeria. Depending on the product, your return must be made to the corresponding warehouse location.

Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 20 business days of receiving the return. Processing times may vary seasonally, so please be patient!

damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom items (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. cosmetic items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or discounted items.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
In the European Union, you have the right to return purchases made online. The products should not be opened in case you have changed your mind. Within 14 days to receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs). You can do it for any reason, even if you have just changed your mind. The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to all purchases.
Among the exceptions: Food and drink (at home), tailor-made or clearly personalized goods.
The cooling-off period ends 14 days after delivery of the product. If the deadline falls on a non-working day, the deadline is extended to the first working day after that. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If so, you will automatically receive a refund using your original method of payment. Please remember that it may take one to two weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
